Rishloo is mentioned in another topic, but since it isn't about them, I'll make a topic for them.
Rishloo have two new songs out called

They're one of my favorite bands too. Can't wait for the new album. I just realized how awesome new music is from bands that you love. For example I just got Pelican's new album What We All Come To Need and it kicks ass. It makes me so happy.
Rishloo will do the same thing for me most likely.

Music very similar to Tool's. You gotta like. Vocals arent like Maynard's, so that's good, as well. Do like.

Ya. Their first album is a Tool rip-off (not bad, but great actually), and their second album is amazing. Their 2nd is still my favorite out of the three.

I think Eidolon is Tool-esque as well. Isn't that their second ???

Ya. Eidolon is their second and Terras Fames is their first. Eidolon is Tool-esque( see Omega), but his voice comes into his own on this album, where on Fames it really is a copy cat of MJK's. I would say that on what I would compare them to:
Terras Fames- Tool
Eidolon- Tool/Fair to Midland
Feathergun- Rishloo

I've listened to them a lot today on youtube and they're a great band. I can't believe I hadn't heard them before this, as I usually find a lot of good music. Thanks again!

It's because you can't find them in record stores. At least, around here anyway. >.<

I don't find most bands in record stores. There aren't any record stores to speak of in my area. There's a Sam Goody like 45 minutes from here. I find most of my bands on Myspace. It's an incredible place to find smaller, lesser known bands. I've probably got over 150 bands as friends on there. A lot of them are garbage though. I need to do some cleaning up.

Whole album is great though!

The only song I feel is a little weak on the album is Diamond Eyes.

The lyrics are good, I do enjoy the guess vocalist though. His screams are good.
