Yeah, I llike Cold. Didn't like their last album that much. My favorite though is Year of the Spider. 13 Ways to Bleed on Stage and the other is good, too, so I'm glad to hear they are reuniting.

Year of the Spider was almost the only album I liked from Cold.

You've gotten the tattoos I assume because the bands you have depicted each reflect in their messages something that you can relate to pretty well. Nothing to be ashamed about there. And if you got them for some other reason... who cares, if you enjoy them, no one else needs to.

I had one of their cds. I remember liking it. The only song I distinctly remember is "The Day Seattle Died". I guess its about grunge. Kurt and Layne it sounds like. But its a really cool song.

Yes it is / I love the Cobain reference in "Californication" by RHCP too (also, nearly all of the Foo Fighters songs are about Dave/Kurts relationship - "hook me up a new revolution, cuz this one is a lie - sat around laughing and watched the last one die")

I've heard a lot of shit talked about him, and you can imagine how much it keeps me up at night. lol. Wasted years is one of my all time fav's.

I have "Was if life I betrayed for the shape that I'm in, It's not hard to fail, It's not easy to win" around the Scooter portrait. I'm a recovering alkie/addict of 12 years and it really speaks to me. I wasted close to 25 years, so I wanted it on my skin.

I had the pleasure of meeting Scooter before Cold broke up, and it was one of the highlights of my life. I adore him. And love Cold.

So yeah, thanks for the nice comments, my tattoos are for me and I don't care if other's think it's silly or stupid.

Weird huh? My daughter doesn't even have her ears pierced. She is sooo ... unlike me, lol. She still blames me for not doing it when she was a baby. I just figured she should be the one to get holes in her body, not me. She won't even discuss getting a tattoo.

Let it be her decision, then she gets to live with it if she regrets it.

Saw cold in '98. They were pretty good, but I was really impressed with a group of their fans I met at about a dozen shows. They'd followed the band north from Florida and hit many of the shows I did (Cold was opening for Jerry Cantrell at the time).
