I don't know how to tab, but I you can work off the key of D i think you will be able to work it out. Open chug, to, G, to F sharp to D sharp, starting again with D only playing the octaves, damn I suck at explaning this and my band playing a step down but talking standard is screwing with me as well. But the It's Alright she said riff would go... D, C, Aflat, then on the last end at A (I think)
Maybe this will help you.
It would look something like this (forgive me I am typing this all out and visuaizing in my head) tuned D,G,C,F ( I think, just tune standard then one whole step down on all strings) The opening does a double before going up the otave I believe and just listen for the timing

It's alright she says:

-7-7-7-7-7-5-5-5-5-5-3-3-3-3-3-7-7-7-7-5-5-5-5-3-3-3-3-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Chorus:

Now I could be way off but this is how it sounds to me when I play along in that tuning I believe, again I am at work and trying to visualize it all and transpose in my head as well without my bass and really no formal knowledge of this stuff. You could try it with Drop D tuning and just move everything below the D string down the neck.
Maybe this will help you like a road map so to say, if anyone has better or whatnot or who actually know's how to tab, feel free to go for it. I just play by ear. If I am way off base my apologies
EDIT
Looking back I think I missed a little with the chorus but if you just polay along and listen it is an easy fix, it plays the octave twice before moving I believe.
I don't think the D,G,C,F tuning is right, as Hurt never use it. I would wager that it's Standard since the lowest string needs to be in E for the riff in the chorus to be playable using it open since the rhythm is very quick:
